Unmanaged services will not include technical support or set up help and could be a disadvantage for businesses that don’t have a technical person on board.

Businesses can purchase and install their own conference call services and situate them in house, this would require the acquisition of conference call hardware and software. This option is probably best suited to businesses that need the regular use of conference call services, in the long run this will be a cost saving operation. Businesses that only need to use these services every once in a while should stick to out of house services that are managed by others who have the expertise to handle the conference call services.
